First, constantly update ideas, improve the quality of education and teaching, and adapt to the requirements of modern society for early childhood education.

In the new era, preschool education needs "experts" with scientific parenting theories and skills. Only by mastering modern preschool education and its corresponding professional skills can we undertake the tasks of preschool education and scientific research.

Our garden promotes the improvement of education and teaching quality by teaching and scientific research, so that "experienced" teachers can be transformed into "scientific research" and "scholar" teachers as soon as possible and form their own teaching characteristics as soon as possible. At the same time, according to the teaching objectives, children's needs and the objective conditions of the garden, we should actively and creatively explore effective teaching methods, constantly reflect on our teaching behavior, and strive to become innovative research teachers.

1, formulate and improve the teaching and research plan.

Planning is the basis for the implementation of activities, and it is also a guide for our orderly actions. Based on this, at the beginning of this semester, led by the cadre department, our school worked out a teaching and research work plan in line with the situation of our teachers through discussion, and made monthly activities arrangements. According to the characteristics of each teacher, efforts should be made to make the activities from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, step by step, step by step, and gradually lead the activities to a new height.

In view of the fact that most teachers in our kindergarten are young, weak in scientific research awareness, with few topics, and the research content is far from the needs of teachers, the teaching and research content can not stimulate teachers' interest in inquiry, which directly leads to teachers' passive response to teaching and research activities, making it impossible for kindergartens to form a strong teaching and research atmosphere, and even more unable to guide teachers to plan their own professional growth. Start kindergarten-level projects with a pragmatic attitude that varies from person to person. Strive to make every teacher reach his own "zone of proximal development", establish an educational and scientific research network, form a new pattern of teaching and scientific research with point-to-face integration and full participation, change the past phenomenon of single-handedness, set up a research group of several people, diversify the structure of the research group, and combine scientific research with teaching and scientific research activities organically, initially forming the teaching and scientific research characteristics of our park. At the beginning of each academic year or semester, under the premise of fully analyzing the actual situation of education and teaching, our park will work out a practical and detailed teaching and research work plan for this academic year or this semester together with the whole park, requiring all research groups to make plans to ensure the activity time and complete the teaching and research plan on time.

2. Organize teachers to learn, communicate and summarize in time.

(1) Strengthen learning and attach importance to information exchange.

It is explicitly required that all teachers make excerpts of business information of more than 5,000 words per semester according to their own research topics, write 1 article of teaching reflection of more than 3,000 words, and exchange information in combination with teaching and research activities. How can teachers in the whole park observe the lessons of famous teachers and share their teaching styles? We let every teacher who goes out to attend classes take a camera to record the teaching activities organized by famous teachers and watch them during business study. After reading it, we can communicate with each other: what we have learned from the famous teacher's class, what methods can be applied in the future teaching, and what teaching concepts are worth learning. Moreover, through comparison, teachers have learned many teaching methods and strategies from each other. I also know that there will be many different teaching methods for the same course theme and different goals; Children are educated at different ages. Although it is the same story, the methods and means used are different. In order to further improve the effectiveness, we focus our research on the classroom, and introduce a variety of classroom research methods, such as observation class, seminar, self-recommendation class, etc., forming an effective model of one class for many people and one class for many people. In particular, teachers who have common concerns about the same problem are required to get together, observe each other and comment on each other, and finally get different degrees of improvement and development, thus effectively improving teachers' teaching level.

In the strong teaching and research atmosphere, the backbone teachers in our park took the lead in setting an example, taking the initiative to carry out subject research, giving good subject research classes, and guiding other teachers to carry out teaching research in depth, which played a role from point to area. Let every teacher speak actively in teaching and research activities and boldly put forward his own opinions. Teaching and research activities not only condense the collective wisdom of teachers, but also condense their emotions and sweat. Every teacher's initiative and potential in action have been fully affirmed and brought into play. Cohesion is enhanced, and teachers' enthusiasm for work and sense of collective honor are greatly improved. For example, in previous classes, the role of life teachers was to cooperate with teachers to do a good job in education and teaching, and they played an auxiliary role. They rarely take the initiative to participate in class education activities, but the content and form of teaching and research determine that life teachers are also the main body of research. Give full play to their intelligence, actively make suggestions for the class and actively improve some unreasonable practices in daily work. The teaching and research contents of some courses are just some problems in life links discovered by life teachers.
