In order to strengthen the construction of teaching and research team, improve the level of teaching and research work, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, according to the actual situation of education and teaching in our county, with the consent of the county government, we are now recruiting discipline teaching and research personnel from the county teaching and research center for primary and secondary schools in the county. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

I. Scope and conditions of employment

(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

Three. Registration and qualification examination

(1) Anyone who meets the employment conditions may apply voluntarily. When registering, you must submit the original and photocopy of your ID card, graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, provincial (city, county) teaching expert certificate or excellent course certificate (only the certificate issued by the teaching and research section), and two recent 2-inch color bareheaded photos.

(2) Registration time: 20 13 August 16.

(3) Registration place: Wenshang County Education and Sports Bureau.

(4) qualification examination. The county employment leading group office is responsible for the qualification examination of the applicant and the verification of relevant documents. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of employment. Those who practise fraud and violate the integrity will be disqualified once verified and notified to their schools, and will not be appraised and promoted within five years.

Four. Examination methods and contents

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the score is calculated by percentage system.

(1) Written examination

The written test content is: public knowledge accounts for 30% (pedagogy, educational psychology, People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law, Education Law of the People's Republic of China, Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), etc.). ), and professional knowledge accounts for 70% (divided into learning sections and separate subjects, focusing on the relevant professional knowledge and ability, subject curriculum standards, teaching practice and other contents of primary and secondary schools in various provinces (cities and counties).

Time limit for written test 120 minutes. See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination.

Get 10 and 8 points respectively for provincial teaching experts and high-quality course instructors; Won the city's teaching experts and high-quality teachers with 8 points and 6 points respectively. The above bonus points refer to the original written test results, and the bonus points will not be repeated, and will be calculated according to individual bonus points.

According to the results after the written test, the positions are divided into high scores and low scores, and the list of interviewers is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3, and published online.

(2) Interview

The interview adopts lecture method, which mainly examines the ability of comprehensively applying pedagogy, psychological knowledge and modern educational means to achieve teaching objectives, organize curriculum implementation, master curriculum content, and use teaching language and teaching resources.

The interview time and place will be announced separately.

After the interview, according to the proportion that the written test score accounts for 60% and the interview score accounts for 40%, the total score of the applicants is calculated by the percentage system and publicized on the Internet. The interview score and the total exam score are calculated to two decimal places.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) primary election

Sub-posts determine the list of primary candidates according to the total score from high to low. For the position where the interviewer is one person, the total score must reach the minimum score of the primary selection of other positions. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score is preferred. The list of candidates for the primary election is published online.

Evaluation of intransitive verbs

The primary election personnel shall be assessed by the county hiring office. The assessment is conducted in various ways, to fully understand the political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, academic performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, whether it is necessary to avoid, etc. of the assessed object, and to examine whether the assessed object meets the prescribed qualification conditions for entering the examination, and whether the information and related materials provided for entering the examination are true and accurate.
