According to the spirit of People's Republic of China (PRC) Higher Education Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law and the provincial government's Notice on Approving the Establishment of Higher Vocational Schools, Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College is agreed to be established through research. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the school name is "Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College", and the campus is located in Jimei Cultural and Educational Zone, Xiamen.
Second, Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College is a private higher vocational college that implements full-time junior college education. The scale of the school will reach 8000 full-time students by 2065, 438+00.
3. Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College is a private university organized by Xiamen Du Wen Software Education Investment Co., Ltd. and managed by the Xiamen Municipal People's Government and the Provincial Department of Education. The college implements the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the Council. The list of directors and directors shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education for the record, and the dean shall be appointed after the approval of the Provincial Department of Education. The board of directors is the highest decision-making body of the college, and the chairman is the legal representative of the college. Four, Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College needs funds raised by the college organizers.
