Article 10? Primary school, junior high school, senior high school students seriously violate the rules and regulations or cause adverse effects, the school can implement the following education and punishment, and inform parents in advance:

(a) give no more than a week to suspend classes or drop out of school, and ask parents to educate and discipline at home.

(two) by the vice president of the rule of law or the rule of law counselor to be admonished.

For students who seriously violate the rules and regulations, or fail to correct after repeated education and punishment, the school may give a warning, a serious warning, a demerit or stay in school for probation.
