According to relevant information, in 2022, teachers in Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province could not beat students. Article 21 of the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that teachers and staff in schools, kindergartens and nurseries should respect the personal dignity of minors, and may not impose corporal punishment, disguised corporal punishment or other acts that insult their personal dignity. Therefore, in 2022, teachers in Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province were not allowed to beat students.
