Units that accept students' internships in vocational schools and vocational training institutions violate the provisions of this law and infringe on students' rights to rest and vacation, obtain labor safety and health protection, participate in relevant insurance and receive vocational skills guidance, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.

If a vocational school or vocational training institution, in violation of the provisions of this Law, organizes, arranges and manages students' internships through human resources service agencies, labor dispatch units or units or individuals illegally engaged in human resources service and labor dispatch business, the administrative department of education, the administrative department of human resources and social security or other relevant departments shall order it to make corrections, confiscate its illegal income and impose a fine of not less than one time but not more than five times its illegal income; If the illegal income is less than 1 10,000 yuan, it shall be calculated as 1 10,000 yuan.

For the human resources service institutions, labor dispatch units or units or individuals illegally engaged in human resources service and labor dispatch business specified in the preceding paragraph, the administrative department of human resources and social security or other relevant departments shall order them to make corrections, confiscate their illegal income and impose a fine of more than/kloc-0 and less than 5 times their illegal income; If the illegal income is less than 1 10,000 yuan, it shall be calculated as 1 10,000 yuan.
