Twenty-third local education administrative departments and schools should provide the necessary guarantee conditions for the management of school roll, equip or designate school roll administrators, improve the management system and establish a working mechanism. School administrators should be trained before taking up their posts and remain relatively stable. The basic information of school administrators at all levels shall be submitted to the administrative department of education at the next higher level.
Twenty-fourth local education administrative departments and schools should review the student status every semester to ensure that the procedures for changing the student status are complete and the basic information of students and the information about changing the student status are accurate.
Twenty-fifth education administrative departments at all levels and schools should establish a strict confidentiality system. Without the written approval of the competent department of student status, no student status information may be provided to the outside world to prevent the disclosure and abuse of student status information.
Twenty-sixth education administrative departments in violation of the provisions of these measures, the education administrative department at the next higher level shall be ordered to make corrections; If the circumstances are serious, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be dealt with according to law.
