Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant policies and regulations, combined with the actual enrollment situation of the College.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of the College of Modern Science and Technology of Ji Liang University in China in 2020.

Article 3 The enrollment of colleges shall strictly implement the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions authorities, implement the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and implement comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Article 4 The enrollment work of the College shall be implemented as "Sunshine Project", and shall be supervised by the majority of candidates, their parents and all aspects of society.

Article 11 College Profile: The College of Modern Science and Technology of Ji Liang University in China was established with the approval of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine 1999, and was confirmed as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in 2004. It is a full-time undergraduate college with distinctive characteristics.

Zhejiang first-class disciplines 1, Zhejiang key construction disciplines 1, Zhejiang provincial experimental teaching demonstration center 1, 3 provincial first-class undergraduate majors, 3 provincial emerging specialty majors, national online excellent courses 1, and 3 Zhejiang excellent courses. In the past three years, students have won 245 prizes at or above the provincial level in "Challenge Cup", mathematical modeling, electronic design and other disciplines, including 25 national prizes and 220 provincial prizes. The employment rate of college graduates has remained above 96%, and the employment rate and quality of graduates rank in the forefront of independent colleges in Zhejiang Province. In the survey on the quality of career development and talent training of college graduates in Zhejiang Province, which was first conducted by Zhejiang Education Evaluation Institute, it ranked first among independent colleges in Zhejiang Province, and ranked third and second among independent colleges in Zhejiang Province on 20 17 and 20 18 respectively.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 12 The College entrusts the leading group for undergraduate enrollment of Ji Liang University in China to be responsible for full-time undergraduate enrollment, study and formulate enrollment policies of the College, and make decisions on important issues.

Article 13 The College entrusts the Undergraduate Admissions Office of China Metrology University to be specifically responsible for full-time undergraduate enrollment.

Article 14 The discipline inspection and supervision department of China Ji Liang University shall supervise the whole enrollment work of the college.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 15 The College enrolls students from 23 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) throughout the country, and the enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the competent admissions departments of the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

Sixteenth foreign languages are not limited, and English is the public foreign language of the college.

Seventeenth male and female students admission ratio is not limited.

Eighteenth requirements for the health of candidates, according to the Ministry of education and other departments issued the "guidance" provisions of the implementation of college entrance examination. In the Guiding Opinions, "our school can't be admitted" and "our school's related majors can't be admitted" are not accepted in principle.

Article 19 Specific admission methods

(a) colleges according to the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) student situation, determine the proportion of file transfer. In principle, Zhejiang Province shifts gears according to the enrollment plan 100%, while other provinces shift gears according to the enrollment plan 1 10%. Insufficient students, in accordance with the provisions of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) admissions departments to adjust.

(2) The College recognizes and implements the policies and regulations formulated by the admissions departments of various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) on adding points or dropping points.

(3) In 2020, some majors of the College will be enrolled by major categories, and the majors included in the major categories will be announced through the provincial admissions authorities and the undergraduate enrollment website of Ji Liang University in China.

(4) The College implements the relevant regulations of the admissions department of the province (city, autonomous region) where the candidates are located. Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high score to low score according to the total score of the college entrance examination, and they respect candidates' choice of professional volunteers. Professional volunteers are not graded. Zhejiang, Shanghai, Tianjin and Shandong provinces are implemented according to the new college entrance examination admission policy, and the professional (class) volunteers reported by candidates must meet the requirements of the selected subjects of this major (class). The necessary conditions for the admission of candidates in Jiangsu Province are subject to the announcement of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute, and the candidates are selected according to the principle of "score first and then grade". In principle, candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are admitted according to their professional wishes within the scope of "enrollment plan 1: 1".

(5) Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will file according to the original scores of the college entrance examination when applying for this major. Candidates with extra points will be given priority when their original scores in the college entrance examination are the same as those of other candidates. For candidates who do not enjoy the bonus policy, if the total score of the college entrance examination is the same in the process of professional admission, the reference ranking is based on the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor, combined with the comprehensive quality evaluation results of high school, academic level test scores, single subject scores, etc. Priority is given to admission.

(VI) Single subject requirements: The college will comprehensively consider the comprehensive quality evaluation, and candidates who fail the ideological and political moral assessment will not be admitted. Candidates who apply for English majors are required to have an English score of not less than 90 points; Candidates who apply for the financial engineering major are required to have a math score of not less than 90. The scores of the above single subjects are calculated according to the total score 150, depending on the difficulty and overall level of the college entrance examination papers and the students' situation, which can be fine-tuned by the admissions leading group.

(VII) Fresh high school graduates (excluding the candidates who reformed the new college entrance examination province) are under any of the following circumstances. If the college entrance examination scores reach the lowest admission score in our province and apply for our college as the first choice (including parallel volunteer), they are guaranteed to be admitted in the first major choice (candidates must contact the college and issue the original award-winning certificate or competition results before admission).

1. In the high school stage, he won the first prize in the provincial division and the first, second and third prizes in the national finals of the national middle school students' Olympic Games (including the national high school mathematics league, the Chinese physics Olympic Games, the national middle school students' chemistry competition, the national provincial informatics Olympic Games and the national middle school students' biology league);

2. Obtained national second-class athletes and above certificates in basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, martial arts, tennis, badminton, track and field, swimming and aerobics in high school;

3. Participate in the Tsinghua University Art Special Student Testing Activity and the Peking University National Art Winter Camp for Middle School Students, with an artistic score of over 80 points; Or take a special test for art majors in Shanghai Jiaotong University to get a re-examination admission ticket; Or take the special examination for art specialty students of Zhejiang University and get the consent of art specialty students.

Twentieth Zhejiang colleges and universities trinity comprehensive evaluation enrollment in accordance with the "trinity comprehensive evaluation enrollment charter of China Ji Liang University College of Modern Science and Technology in 2020".

Twenty-first Zhejiang full-time college graduates enrollment work, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute on the enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities.

Twenty-second freshmen admitted to our college should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time limit stipulated by the college. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to take time off or take time off overdue will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification. After the new students enter the school, the college will review them according to the national enrollment regulations. After examination, students who do not meet the admission requirements and violate the rules will be disqualified.

Chapter V Charging Standards and Subsidy Policies

Twenty-third institutions of higher learning shall implement the credit system in strict accordance with the charging standards and relevant regulations approved by the competent price department of Zhejiang Province. Tuition consists of credit tuition and professional tuition. Credit tuition is charged in advance according to the academic year system, settled according to the credits taken, and settled before graduation. When new students enter the school, if they enroll students according to the professional category, they will be charged according to the professional fees with lower tuition standard in the professional category, and the tuition standard stipulated by the major will be implemented after the professional category is divided. The student accommodation fee standard is implemented according to the standards approved by the relevant departments of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and the specific check-in is arranged by the college.

In case the relevant departments of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government adjust the relevant charging standards, the new standards shall prevail.

Article 24 In order to encourage students to study actively and make continuous progress, the college has established scholarship systems such as national scholarships, national grants, provincial government scholarships, outstanding student scholarships, individual scholarships, and work-study programs.

Article 26 The Admissions Office of China Ji Liang University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association. In case of conflict with the articles of association, the original published full-time undergraduate enrollment system and regulations shall prevail; If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the state and superiors, the relevant policies of the state and superiors shall prevail.
