1. First, bring your ID card, driver's license, qualification certificate and 2-inch color photos to the Transportation Management Office to fill in the registration form.

2. After that, go to the designated training institution for a three-day safety education and training. After the examination, 80 points or more will be considered as passing.

3. After finally passing the exam, you can go back to the Transportation Management Bureau and stamp it.
