Full-time teachers or managers of basic cultural courses in ordinary middle schools, primary schools, kindergartens and other secondary schools who have graduated with a bachelor's degree or above and obtained a diploma (usually with a degree certificate) for three years or more, as well as teaching and research personnel or managers in the education system of provincial, municipal, district and county education and scientific research departments or government agencies.

Those who meet the registration conditions shall fill in the qualification examination form by the personnel department of their unit.

Examination subject: foreign language (examination time 150 minutes. Total score 100). Educational psychology synthesis (180 minutes of examination time, pedagogy and psychology scores each 100).
