Ontario's new policy of studying abroad
The New Deal is mainly to establish a branch of the existing immigration policy OINP, that is, the international student policy with employment letter. International students are eligible to apply for immigration to the Ontario Immigration Bureau if they hold a valid letter of appointment after completing the required study in an accredited educational institution. Once approved, they will obtain immigration status within 15 months. The main requirements for a "valid and qualified letter of appointment" are: 1. Full-time high-tech work and permanent; 2。 Meet Ontario's minimum working income standard.
