Responsibilities of the Personnel Unit

Responsible for the personnel, labor wages and the construction of primary and secondary school teachers and educational administrative cadres; Assist the relevant departments to organize the evaluation and engagement of various teachers' professional and technical positions within the scope of their duties; Accepting the declaration and identification of teachers' qualifications at all levels; Coordinate the training of primary and secondary school teachers; Organize the implementation of the primary and secondary school teachers' education standard plan; Responsible for the deployment of primary and secondary school teachers and the retirement of teaching staff in the whole region; Responsible for the assessment and appointment of leading cadres in primary and secondary schools in the whole region; Responsible for the annual recruitment of new teachers; Responsible for the work of the theoretical learning center group of the bureau.
