"Talent Plan" is the company's talent training plan for fresh graduates. The tutors of the talents program students are strictly selected by the Group Human Resources Department. All tutors have worked in Shuaikang for a certain number of years, with good professional quality, positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to motivate employees. The period for tutors to perform their duties is one year, counting from the date when students enter the company.

Another explanation for extending the information talent program is the abbreviation of the middle school students' scientific and technological innovation reserve talent training program, which is a joint project of China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. ?

"Talent Plan" was jointly initiated by China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education.
