SYB (Entrepreneurship) training is a module in the SIYB system (SIYB is the abbreviation of Start and Improve Your Business, which is translated as "Start and Improve Your Business" in Chinese). SIYB system is a socialized entrepreneurship support and guidance system specially tailored for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises actively advocated by the International Labor Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China, aiming at promoting employment through entrepreneurship. SYB training is for those who have entrepreneurial ideas and really intend to start a new business. It introduces participants to the steps of starting a business and how to complete the feasibility study of starting a business by themselves.

◆ Enrollment goal

Students with Nanchang household registration who graduated from college or above after 2000 or students with Jiangxi household registration who are about to graduate can sign up for the training. Participate in SYB entrepreneurship training, enjoy government subsidies, and the training fee is fully borne by the government.

◆ Related programs

Applicants should bring their ID card, unemployment certificate, copy of graduation certificate and three recent two-inch bareheaded photos (college students who are about to graduate can submit their ID card, copy of student ID card and three photos) to the service hall of the station to guide their registration.

◆ Training content

Evaluate that you are an entrepreneur → establish a good enterprise concept for yourself → evaluate your market → organize the personnel of the enterprise → choose a legal form of the enterprise → legal environment and your responsibility → predict the start-up capital demand → make a profit plan → judge whether your enterprise can survive → start a business.

◆ Training time and place

1. Training time: 25-30 students are enrolled in each entrepreneurship training class, and each training class lasts for ten days.

2. Training place: National University Science Park of Nanchang University/Nanchang Entrepreneurship Guidance Center

◆ Follow-up service

Follow-up service is to provide "one-stop" entrepreneurial services such as project inquiry and evaluation, expert consultation and guidance, financing loan support, incubation internship support, and opening agent certification for entrepreneurs who have entrepreneurial conditions and obtained qualification certificates through entrepreneurship training.
