For positions that fail to meet the interview ratio, the recruitment plan will be reduced or the positions will be merged until the interview ratio is reached. The provincial, municipal and state examination offices will publish the list of interviewers, admission ticket number, written test results, interview time, place, documents, requirements, contact persons of recruiting units, contact telephone numbers and other matters on the website of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the portal websites of municipal and state governments.

The interview is conducted in a structured way, with a percentage system. Participants in the interview must provide their ID card, admission ticket and original interview notice. Those who lack one of the above documents are not allowed to participate in the interview.
