If you graduated successfully on June 30th of that year, joined the army on September 1 that year, and paid three years' tuition, then you are eligible for three years' tuition compensation. Regulations on the Administration of Fees in Colleges and Universities

The Notice of the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Several Issues Concerning Further Standardizing the Management of Education Fees in Colleges and Universities clearly points out that colleges and universities can collect tuition fees from all kinds of undergraduate (vocational) students, preparatory students and junior college students who have been approved by the education administrative department according to law. Tuition fees are charged by academic year or semester, and may not be charged in advance.

Tuition refund policy

If students drop out of school or finish their studies ahead of schedule, colleges and universities will refund the remaining tuition fees on a monthly basis according to their actual study time.

Localization management principle

The management of tuition standard is based on the principle of localization. If there are clear provisions in the current national university charging policy, it shall be implemented according to the provisions; If there is no clear stipulation, the provincial education administrative department shall put forward opinions based on the actual cost, local economic development level and residents' economic affordability, report to the price and financial departments at the same level for review, and implement them after approval by the provincial people's government.
