However, we must be soberly aware that the current school education is one-sided pursuit of the enrollment rate, which often ignores the importance of physical education class, and even appears the phenomenon of seizing physical education class, which leads to heavy learning tasks for students and insufficient exercise time, leading to the continuous decline of various physical fitness indicators of teenagers. The survey shows that the proportion of overweight and obese teenagers in cities has increased significantly. In the long run, it will seriously affect the healthy growth of teenagers.
Influenced by heredity and acquired nutrition, students have different constitutions and great individual differences. But our physical education teaching is mainly to cultivate students to develop good physical habits, master certain physical knowledge and methods of physical exercise, take an active part in physical activities at ordinary times, and have the ability of physical exercise, entertainment and appreciation, so that students can develop physically and mentally.
