Later, Yang Chun explained the curriculum system of happy families in detail. The project team carefully designed four stages of courses: happy family foundation, parent-child relationship, improvement of teaching skills and intimate relationship, so as to give students what they need most from the practical effect. Perhaps this is the charm of Happy Home, which allows students to grow up as soon as possible and spread the love of public welfare to children more effectively. First of all, I take turns to introduce myself for one minute. I explained my two identities: a village teacher and the father of two babies. Teacher Tang Yuehui from Dongqiao, director Xia Jiufeng from Shengao Kindergarten, and teacher Jin Cuiwei from Nanyuan School are in the same group with me. The other two learned something through self-introduction, one is a local doctor engineer in Suzhou, and the other is a second-born treasure mother who started her own business.
In the discussion part, individuals need to put forward their own opinions first, and then the group will have a leaderless discussion. I feel that my performance in this link is not very good, and my adaptability and logical thinking need to be improved. In the process of discussion, although there is no leader, the interviewer will soon find everyone's role in the team during the discussion. Finally, Director Xia made a concluding speech to the interviewer on behalf of the Group.
In the free questioning session, the interviewer asked me to sum up my personality with three words: "introversion, enthusiasm and persistence", and I blurted it out. After the interview, I recalled again that I think these three words are still very appropriate. Introversion is the mark left by my family, enthusiasm is my attitude towards the world, and persistence is my pursuit of faith.
