1, age requirement

Anyone who has not reached the national statutory retirement age (55 years old for women and 60 years old for men) can sign up for the teacher qualification examination.

2. Education

To obtain a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, one should have graduated from a kindergarten normal school or above;

To obtain a primary school teacher qualification certificate, one should have a secondary normal school diploma or above;

To obtain junior high school teacher qualification certificate, senior middle school teacher qualification certificate and secondary vocational school teacher qualification certificate, you should have a bachelor's degree or above (college degree in some provinces is enough);

To obtain the qualification certificate of internship instructor in secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from secondary vocational school or above.

3, professional requirements

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, candidates who meet the requirements for applying for the teacher qualification certificate are not limited to majors, such as those majoring in Chinese language and literature, and can voluntarily choose any subject (major) that has been tested, such as physics and chemistry. When applying for a teacher's qualification certificate, it is consistent with the subjects and study sections marked on the certificate of passing the teacher's qualification examination, even if the majors studied are inconsistent or not similar to the applied subjects. (Unless individual provinces have special requirements)

4. Putonghua requirements

The Putonghua certificate required for applying for Chinese teacher qualification certificate and kindergarten teacher qualification certificate is not lower than Grade A, and other disciplines or categories can reach Grade B and above.

5. Physical examination requirements

Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases and no history of mental illness.
