The ratio of cadres to teachers is high.

The proportion of cadres and teachers participating in exchange rotation is as high as over 40%, and the proportion of cadres and teachers participating in full-time rotation is over 50%. This effectively promoted the balanced allocation of teachers' resources.

highly recognition

After follow-up evaluation, we found that more than 90% of cadres and teachers have a high degree of recognition of exchange rotation, and they can quickly adapt to the new environment and establish good communication with colleagues. At the same time, more than 90% of the backbone teachers also said that they felt a greater sense of professional accomplishment after the exchange rotation.

The flow of high-quality cadres and teachers

High-quality cadres and teachers flow from urban areas and prestigious schools to ordinary schools and rural schools, which greatly optimizes the allocation of teachers. As the first batch of pilot projects, Dongcheng District successfully established the management system of "district management and school employment", and a total of 3,236 teachers were selected for exchange and rotation within one year. Miyun district has also realized the dynamic management and deployment of teachers, ensuring that teachers flow on demand in the whole district.

Opportunities for independent development

Teachers get the opportunity of independent development in the exchange rotation. Haidian District has established a "data analysis platform for the exchange of cadres and teachers" to conduct accurate communication in combination with the needs of schools and students. Yanqing District has expanded the scope of exchange rotation, explored cross-regional exchange modes, sent cadres and teachers to high-quality schools in the central city for full-time study, and introduced outstanding cadres and teachers to inject new vitality into the whole district.

Remarkable results

This series of measures not only strengthens the balanced allocation of teachers' resources, but also promotes teachers' personal development.
