Therefore, as a young pioneers counselor, I have the responsibility to do a good job in the school's young pioneers. So, how can we effectively carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers? In my opinion, we should actively cooperate with the school and the class teacher, strive to do a good job in the Young Pioneers' work, pay attention to students' physical and mental health from the long-term interests, be close friends of the Young Pioneers, and make the work more solid and effective. The following is my practice in practical work:

First, cultivate the spirit of collectivism of young pioneers.

Most children nowadays are only children. They often receive "closed" education and have less opportunities to contact children of the same age. In this way, they will become withdrawn, unsociable, have no enthusiasm for people, have no ability to solve difficulties, and thus lack a sense of responsibility and self-control. As a young pioneers counselor, we should pay attention to the above factors in our work, pay attention to the cultivation of collectivism when organizing young pioneers activities, let children have a sense of collective honor in the process of activities, let students overcome their self-centered and self-centered personality characteristics in the process of activities, and let them learn to get along with others in communication and cooperation. Only in this way can children's body and mind develop healthily and form good quality. Second, establish the young pioneers' sense of "ownership"

Therefore, at work, I often give children heuristic education to make them realize that Young Pioneers activities will not waste their study time, but can show their own specialties and develop their own thinking. Let them make suggestions in the process of participating in the activities, and strive to make every activity interesting and meaningful, so that children feel that they are the masters of the activities, and participating in the activities is their own business.

Third, pay attention to the personality development of young pioneers.

As a young pioneers counselor, we should pay attention to each child's personality when carrying out young pioneers activities. Because every child has his own personality and varied specialties, but many children feel that their academic performance is not good, they always feel that they are not as good as other children, and they always feel that there is no stage suitable for them. In the long run, you will feel more and more inferior and become a neglected person in your class. Therefore, in the usual counseling, I often provide them with some opportunities to perform arts and make small scientific and technological products, so that each child can give full play to his strengths, protect his self-esteem, maintain his self-motivation, let the children's bright spots be fully displayed, let them change themselves, give full play to their potential in activities, gain development, and let them fully display their creativity and publicize their personality in the process of activities.

Fourth, the Young Pioneers should strive for the support of their parents.

Although children receive school education at school, the strength of family and society is also very important. So at work, I often use the opportunity of parents' meeting to contact parents and publicize the importance of Young Pioneers' activities to children's growth.
