Clear rules
Tell children what they can and can't do. Make clear rules and let children know the bottom line of behavior.
Insist on consistency
After setting the rules, parents should stick to them. If parents don't obey the rules, how can children respect the rules?
Moderate punishment
Parents can punish offenders appropriately. However, don't overdo it, so as not to cause children's rebellious psychology.
Guiding education
Let children know where their mistakes are and how to correct them. At the same time, educating children to correctly express their feelings and needs, crying is not the solution to the problem.
Praise and encouragement
When children do something right, parents should praise and encourage them in time. This can enhance children's self-confidence and motivate them to do better.
Set a good example
Parents are children's mirrors. Parents should set an example and demonstrate how to obey the rules, deal with problems, control their emotions and let their children learn correct behavior.
