The safety manager is responsible for organizing safety education and skills training for special equipment. According to the interpretation of Article 13 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safety of Special Equipment, it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of special equipment, and the allocation of safety management personnel is the necessary guarantee for safe operation. The safety management of special equipment includes defining management departments and responsible personnel, formulating various management systems and operating procedures, determining the responsibilities of unit leaders and managers, formulating daily inspection procedures and requirements, cooperating with the work of special equipment safety supervision and management departments, arranging regular inspection plans and accident emergency measures, and so on.
