According to the work arrangement of the leading group for the evaluation of political ethics in cities and counties, the evaluation of political ethics in the labor security system in our county was suspended for a period of time under the leadership of the evaluation team. First, the evaluation of political style is orderly.

2. Take the measures of "four inspections and four inspections" to find outstanding problems in depth.

In the whole work of style appraisal, we actively supported and cooperated with the appraisal team, and solicited opinions and suggestions from all walks of life on the work style of labor security by visiting seminars, issuing consultation forms, setting up opinion collection boxes, and publishing telephone numbers for reporting complaints. Take the measures of "four inspections and four inspections" to conduct self-analysis, self-inspection and self-correction, and thoroughly find out the outstanding problems existing in the individual, leading group and overall work of employees, so as to avoid problems when found. 3. Formulate five measures and establish four mechanisms to effectively rectify the existing problems.

In view of the five outstanding problems found, the party group of the bureau held several office meetings, middle-level cadres' meetings and trade unions to deeply analyze the causes of the problems, analyze and study the rectification measures, and listen to the opinions of the evaluation group and the clients with an open mind. In the past, the work efficiency, service attitude and quality of some staff in some units have been greatly improved. The image of labor security has been further enhanced by administering sunshine work according to law, charging fees according to regulations, and strictly implementing social security policies.

4, the key work of labor and social security has achieved results.

During the period of 1- 10 this year, 4,753 people were newly employed in cities and towns in the county, among which 24 18 laid-off and unemployed people were re-employed, and 2,356 laid-off and unemployed people were provided with free job introduction, and the registered unemployment rate in cities and towns was controlled within 4.5%. A total of nearly 70 million yuan of social insurance premiums were collected, and the targets and tasks of collecting old-age insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance premiums were basically completed, with 450 new participants of various types, and the audit and supervision of social insurance premiums were strengthened. The coverage rate of on-site audit reached 50%, 240 employers were actively monitored, 830 labor contracts were signed by employers, and 32 cases reported by the masses were accepted, with a settlement rate of 100%.

Three, consolidate the evaluation results, and promote the work of labor security.

The end of the "teaching and educating people" activity and evaluation work does not mean that our work style construction will stop here, nor does it mean that our political work style will be improved. There is no end to learning, no end to service and no end to work. We should always keep a clear head, constantly consolidate the evaluation results, always strive to be an industry model, and strive to promote the cause of labor security.

1, strict management, difficult to implement the system. Orderly management is guaranteed by a standardized system, and even the best system can't be seriously implemented, just a dead letter. 2. Practice marching forward and strictly implement policies and regulations. Every comrade of ours should know what to do, what not to do and what to do indiscriminately. No matter what your reasons and special circumstances are, what should be done must be done well, and what goes beyond the red line must not be done. Of course, we should also pay attention to working methods and strategies in specific work.

3, seek practical results, complete the target task to the letter. Each of our leaders has a supervisor who is in charge of the work, and every comrade has post responsibilities. If it is the first duty of soldiers to obey orders, then the staff of our organs should take it as their responsibility to complete the objectives and tasks. If the assigned task is not completed, this reason and that reason are meaningless.
