Mr. Chen Heqin, Experimental Kindergarten School in Jiangxi Province, founded the first public kindergarten school in China in Taihe County, Jiangxi Province.

Mr. Chen Heqin is a famous educator, child psychologist and child education expert in modern China. He is the founder of modern preschool education in China, and is known as "the father of preschool education in China". Chen Heqin put forward the theory of "living education", attached importance to scientific experiments, advocated that children's education in China should conform to the law of children's physical and mental development, and called for the establishment of a teacher training system for children's education.
