2. Recruitment conditions:

(1) Full-time normal colleges and other ordinary colleges and universities are mainly fresh graduates. For disciplines in short supply, township central schools can recruit a small number of fresh graduates from normal universities.

(2) Previous undergraduate graduates of full-time colleges and universities under the age of 30 (1born after July, 979).

(3) Volunteers who have participated in the "Volunteer Service Plan for College Students in the West" and the "Three Supports and One Support Plan" and passed the examination and have teaching experience will be given priority under the same conditions as graduates from normal universities who have participated in internship teaching for more than half a year.

(4) Applicants must obtain a teacher qualification certificate.

Education administrative departments at all levels should attach great importance to the work of college graduates applying for teacher qualification certificates. Those who meet the requirements should apply for teacher qualification certificate as soon as possible to provide convenience for graduates. Teachers' graduates who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate due to special circumstances can register for the examination and assessment first, and then review the conditions for applying for the teacher qualification certificate when the proposed employment list is announced. 1. The recruitment of "special post teachers" is jointly undertaken by the education, personnel, finance, editorial office and other relevant departments of the autonomous region, and the Education Department specifically organizes and implements it.

Recruitment must follow the principles of "openness, fairness, voluntariness and merit-based" and "three decisions" (county, school and post), and adopt the method of combining examination with assessment (interview and trial lecture). (5) Centralized training. The relevant league cities should conduct 3-5 days of intensive pre-job training for the candidates to be recruited. (6) sign a contract. The county that implements the "special post plan" signs employment contracts with the special post personnel to be recruited. (7) Teaching at work. The county that implements the "special post plan" must arrange the personnel who signed the "employment contract" to teach in the agreement school before the end of August.
