2. Recruitment conditions:
(1) Full-time normal colleges and other ordinary colleges and universities are mainly fresh graduates. For disciplines in short supply, township central schools can recruit a small number of fresh graduates from normal universities.

(4) Applicants must obtain a teacher qualification certificate.

(6) sign a contract. The county that implements the "special post plan" signs employment contracts with the special post personnel to be recruited.
