Two, if it is a private school, verify whether it holds the "school license".
The license for running a school is the proof that a private training school has obtained the qualification for running a school. All private training schools shall strictly abide by the provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law and the People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law Implementation Regulations.
China's Constitution and Education Law have three provisions on the subject of running a school.
1, run by the government. In other words, the people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments mainly use the national financial education funds to run schools, and public schools occupy a dominant position in the whole education cause.
2. Non-governmental organizations run schools. The state encourages collective economic organizations, enterprises and institutions and other social forces to organize various educational undertakings according to law.
All enterprises, institutions, social organizations and other social organizations with legal person status registered in China can set up schools and educational institutions with their own funds (that is, non-state-owned funds) in accordance with laws, regulations and rules (including local regulations and rules). In order to encourage and develop this form of running a school, the state gives appropriate assistance in land use, related taxes, base planning, school funding and so on.
3. The state allows China citizens to set up schools according to law. With the reform of the school-running system, it will be an indispensable form for non-governmental organizations and individual citizens to run schools according to law. The Education Law stipulates that no organization or individual may run a school for profit.
