4. 1. 1 The development of resource construction in our school has gone through three stages.

The first stage is from 2000 to 2002. At this time, the teaching is mainly a real-time teaching system combining DDN special line and satellite system. In order to meet the teaching needs of some remote areas without satellite facilities, we shoot the teaching contents and electronic lecture notes of teachers in real time, and send them directly to various teaching points after simple post-processing. Although it was simple, it still met the teaching needs to a great extent and was effective at that time.

In addition, in order to promote the development of school resources construction, we also organized the 1 15 school modern distance education resources construction project in three phases. This part of the project is a network-based courseware. From the navigation of courseware to the distribution, color and interactivity of the whole page, we have carefully designed and formulated detailed mid-term inspection standards and acceptance standards, and made progress in teaching content, teaching design and documents. There are some national excellent courses here. However, one of the characteristics of network courseware is its long development cycle, at least one year, which can not meet the needs of real-time teaching in network colleges.

The second stage is from 2003 to 2005. At this time, teaching has begun to change from real-time teaching to non-real-time teaching, and courseware has gradually become the main teaching means. Video streaming courseware still supports most teaching activities. At this point, we have made detailed provisions on the use of software, fonts, font sizes, etc. For the teacher's electronic speech, there is also a special artist responsible for color matching. The editing of the text was completed by the publishing house, and a special courseware recording room was built. The recording effect of audio and video has also reached the professional level. In the later period, a unified style homepage was made, and the navigation system was improved with detailed study materials (including study outline, teacher profile, simulated test questions and answers, etc.). ). At this time, the courseware has reached the publishing requirements, and it is officially published by the publishing house and distributed to distance learners.

The third stage began in 2006, because with the progress of society, the teaching materials are constantly revised, and the existing courseware can meet the needs of teaching, so the updating work began. In this updating work, we fully consider the advantages of video streaming courseware and network courseware, and combine them with composite courseware. According to the characteristics of distance learners, we have a study and examination guide for each course, which is distributed to students by specialty in the form of resource packages.

At this time, in addition to courseware, resource construction has also begun the construction of a series of resources such as media material library, question bank and digital library. In 2007, among the 49 excellent courses of online education evaluated by the Ministry of Education for the first time, two courses in our school were evaluated.
