Professional subjects include professional knowledge such as new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods that professional technicians should master in their professional work. Professional and technical personnel shall abide by the relevant learning discipline and management system and complete the required continuing education hours. Professional and technical personnel bear all or most of the expenses of continuing education, and the employer shall not designate continuing education institutions.
