Every July. Official website, Education Bureau of Lufeng City, shows that Donghai Town Primary School in Lufeng City starts enrolling students in July every year. Lufeng City, a county-level city managed by Shanwei City, is located in the coastal area of eastern Guangdong and has jurisdiction over 20 towns. Historical sites include Xuanwu Mountain, Guanyin Ridge in Jinxiang, Dingguang Temple, an ancient Buddhist temple, and other national key cultural relics protection units.
