The Ministry of Education will issue the Measures for the Administration of Off-campus Training Textbooks for Primary and Secondary School Students to ensure that the training content meets the standards, and it is strictly forbidden for advanced training and non-discipline training institutions to engage in discipline training beyond the standard.

Strictly control the start time.

Avoid organizing discipline training on holidays, rest days, winter and summer vacations to ensure children's rest time. Each class hour of online training shall not exceed 30 minutes, the course interval shall not be less than 10 minute, and the end time shall not be later than 2 1.

Transparency of charges

Local governments scientifically and reasonably determine pricing methods and charging standards to make fees transparent and standardized. Subject fees are included in the government guidance price.
