How to make teenagers grow up healthily and comprehensively and become the pillars of society is not only the focus of attention of the whole society and parents, but also the sacred mission of educators, especially high school teachers. Due to the particularity of adolescence, students of this age group are constantly merging, surging and generating in their hearts due to many changes in their bodies, psychology and the outside world. Guided and developed in a virtuous circle, they can make great achievements and become useful talents for family, society and nation. If we go to extremes and go astray, it will be a lifelong delay, and more importantly, it will bring great future trouble to our family and society. This is by no means alarmist. There are many examples in news, newspapers, radio and around us. Therefore, I think we must do a good job in the entrance education of high school students, regard this point as the second enlightenment period of life, make a good preparation battle, do a comprehensive and targeted job, nip in the bud and prevent delaying the opportunity.
Due to the differences in educational objects, teaching environment and teaching methods, different teachers can adopt different effective ways to carry out entrance education. As a young teacher, after several years of observation and thinking, I personally think that the most important thing is to highlight two points when conducting entrance education for freshmen in senior high school:
First, form good habits.
In Modern Chinese Dictionary, "habit" refers to the behavior, tendency or social fashion that is gradually cultivated over a long period of time and is not easy to change for a while. It can be seen that forming good habits is not only beneficial to the study and growth of high school, but also beneficial for life. By "good habits", I mean not only study habits, but also living habits and psychological habits.
1. Develop good study habits-arm your mind with scientific and cultural knowledge.
2 1 century is the century of knowledge economy, while 2 1 century's vocational discipline is technical work, which puts forward higher requirements for workers' skill level. Workers in the 2 1 century should become all-round talents with high education level, strong adaptability to new technologies, computer application ability and transnational language communication ability. To have such knowledge and skills, the first thing is to learn scientific and cultural knowledge well, and how students learn cultural knowledge depends largely on whether they have developed good study habits. If a student can preview carefully before class, listen attentively in class, consolidate review after class, think and find problems, and then analyze and solve them, sort out and summarize them, the learning effect will often get twice the result with half the effort; On the contrary, if you don't pay attention before class, you are specious in class, don't understand after class, and don't have your own analysis, thinking, processing and sorting, you will naturally be headless and confused. Over time, your knowledge, understanding and application will be more chaotic. This reminds students that they must form good study habits and pay attention to the formation of learning methods, so as to systematically master the scientific and cultural knowledge they have learned and arm their minds with scientific ideas. Teachers, especially class teachers, are also required to grasp the key points, impress students at the initial stage of enrollment, and let students realize that they can develop good study habits, quickly overcome and solve bad habits that existed in the past, ensure the quality of learning, and constantly improve their cultural literacy.
2. Develop good living habits-promote growth in a civilized and healthy way.
Everyone is a living member of the social family, and their living conditions are directly or indirectly related to the development of society. As a student, whether you can develop a civilized and healthy lifestyle is of great significance to your life's study, work and development. Influenced by various mass media, many teenagers' lives have been greatly impacted, mainly manifested in their impetuous mood, pursuit of fashion and attention to sensory stimulation. As a result, they are irresponsible, do not consider the consequences, and do not imagine the future. They often delay their life's future for a moment's chic and regret it. This requires teachers to think about students' life development, guide students to realize what real life should be like, help students deal with the relationship between immediate temptation and long-term development, and then establish a civilized and healthy lifestyle to lay a good foundation for life. In this way, students can overcome difficulties, persistently learn scientific and cultural knowledge, exercise various abilities, establish long-term life goals, take responsibility for their own lives and fulfill their obligations for the development of the country and society.
3. Develop good psychological habits-challenge the fetters with a positive and optimistic attitude.
With the development of society and the progress of the times, people have gradually gone deep into caring about people's inner world from caring about transforming nature and human society. In a wide range of people, the mental health problems of teenagers can not be ignored. After years of investigation and analysis, psychologists have found that there are not a few psychological problems among young students, and they are on the rise. In our daily life, if we observe carefully, it is not difficult to find that students are tired of learning, have frequent mood swings, fall in love early, lack clear life goals, lack trust in people and things, and lack self-control ability. Seeing this situation, I am anxious and sad. I realize that it is very important for students to develop good psychological habits. I am thinking about how to guide students out of various psychological misunderstandings, so that they can grow up healthily, happily and actively, and bravely face, think and solve different problems in different stages of life. After repeated thinking, I think the most effective way is to pay more attention to students' inner world, observe their emotional changes and pay more attention to their external environment. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen students' mental health education, exercise students' will quality, increase students' mental health knowledge and guide students to make psychological adjustments at any time. In this way, when students encounter problems or even difficult problems, they will not shrink back, escape and panic blindly, but can gradually face, face up to and adjust until they are actively solved. As the saying goes, heart disease still needs a cardiologist, and the "treatment" of heart disease is by no means a one-off event. Therefore, we should be prepared for a long-term psychological battle, grasp it repeatedly, repeatedly and persistently, and gradually solve the psychological problems that have been neglected for a long time and accumulated deeply.
To become a talent, we must first learn to be a good person, be a good person, and be a person who is beneficial to society and others. It is essential and crucial to develop good habits.
Second, learn to think rationally.
Before entering senior high school, based on students' age, opportunities and abilities to participate in social practice and personal cognitive composition, students' way of thinking is mainly perceptual knowledge. After entering senior high school, students' abstract thinking ability will develop by leaps and bounds due to the development and growth of physiology and psychology, the increase of curriculum and difficulty. The degree of leap-forward development is closely related to individual differences and whether you can learn to use rational knowledge as soon as possible.
The so-called "rational cognition" is the advanced stage of cognition. On the basis of perceptual knowledge, through thinking and analysis, the obtained perceptual materials are sorted and transformed to form concepts, judgments and reasoning. Rational knowledge is a leap of perceptual knowledge, which reflects the totality, essence and internal relations of things. Because of their special age, psychological and cognitive abilities, freshmen in senior high school have the following characteristics: from the psychological and physiological characteristics of students, most of them are at the age of 16 and 17, with strong curiosity and acceptance, but their excitement is still mainly concentrated on intuitive feelings; Judging from the characteristics of thinking, the transition from image thinking to abstract thinking has not yet been completed; From the cognitive structure, they have a certain theoretical basis through junior high school learning, but because they have just come into contact with senior high school textbooks, their understanding of some specific issues is superficial, biased and vague. Therefore, for adolescents, whether they encounter problems and difficulties is rash and impulsive or rational and calm, I think the result can be said to be completely different. Being able to consciously use rational knowledge for rational thinking is not achieved overnight, and it needs a process of gradual cultivation and formation. What I emphasize here is to learn to think rationally, not only this process, but also the content of thinking.
1, thinking about the value orientation of life-what kind of path to choose.
When entering senior high school, it should be said that life has entered a new starting point, the problems to be considered should be more mature and rational, and it is inevitable to explore the value of life, that is, to gradually form and establish scientific values. People know things according to their own needs, make use of things, and form a fundamental viewpoint and evaluation standard to judge whether things are valuable or not in their own ideology. This is what we call values. Whether a person can form scientific values has different guiding functions for understanding and transforming the world, for life choice and life path. Young students should establish correct value evaluation standards and correct values suitable for the current era, make due contributions to the activities of understanding and transforming the world, complete the mission entrusted to young people by the times, and develop and improve themselves at the same time. It can be seen that what kind of life path to choose and what kind of life values to establish are the big problems in choosing the course of the boat of life. This is also a big test for the "human soul engineer". Teachers must stand at a higher angle, guide students to design the blueprint of life, establish the direction of progress, and choose the road suitable for their own characteristics, so as to make a difference in understanding and transforming the world.
2. Think about your future career direction-what kind of career you want to achieve.
Due to the lack of long-term planning for life, many students are passive in learning knowledge and exercising ability, especially in what major they want to choose in the future. Many students have never considered it carefully, and even have a lot of situations of following the trend, coaxing, feeling and watching emotions. It is blind to apply for the college entrance examination voluntarily and choose a major. Going to college is not their specialty, nor their interest. What is serious is that the direction of choice has already fallen behind the requirements of the times, so that they learn. This fully illustrates the truth of an old saying, "everything is established in advance, and it is abolished if it is not foreseen." Therefore, when students enter senior high school, teachers should remind students to constantly observe the development trend of the times and think about their own interests and specialties, so that students can inquire about their professional development direction long in advance and constantly adjust and improve it. When they are admitted, they can follow suit, shorten their development direction, take fewer detours and make their life smoother and broader.
3. Think about the lifelong historical mission-what kind of ambition to achieve.
As teenagers are a cross-century generation, they are the builders and successors of China in 2 1 century. This requires young students to have a sense of historical responsibility, shoulder the heavy responsibility of the development of the times, and whether they can establish lofty ideals and ambitions is of decisive significance. We should strengthen ideological and political education for students and educate them to think about their historical mission in a responsible attitude towards the country, society and people. With a strong spiritual pillar, we will have great motivation to move forward, we will think and act with the long-term development of ourselves and the country, and we will not be fettered by immediate difficulties and impetuousness and make a great cause. The sense of mission and responsibility of a person, especially young people, is of great significance to whether a nation or a country can stand among the advanced nations in the world. Therefore, education in this area is particularly important, and the methods must be appropriate, otherwise it will become a mere formality and become a sermon, which will make students in the rebellious period of youth feel disgusted and fail to achieve the expected results. This requires teachers to keep learning, grasp the direction of the development of the times, deeply understand the goal of Chinese national education, and also understand the ideological characteristics and psychological quality of students, keep pace with the times to carry out ideological and political education, stimulate students' strong desire to build a great socialist modern country and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and consciously turn it into a desire for knowledge, moral cultivation and action to devote themselves to great practice, so as to promote the progress of the whole society and the prosperity of the country while realizing their lofty ideals and ambitions.
The above two points are my own experience. The implementation has achieved good results among students for several years and has been recognized by a considerable number of students. As an educator, the purpose of studying, analyzing and summarizing theories is to guide the teaching practice better and more effectively. In practical work, I keep thinking, trying to implement my ideas in an effective way, so that students can actively learn scientific and cultural knowledge, dare to face various problems encountered in their personal growth, and assume the great mission and historical responsibility entrusted by the times.
