How many hours of continuing education should a secondary constructor receive?
The second-level constructor should receive 120 hours of continuing education. According to Article 5 of the Regulations on the Management of Continuing Education for Secondary Construction Engineers:

The registration period of the second-level construction engineer is three years, during which 120 hours of continuing education and training are required, of which 60 hours are compulsory courses and 60 hours are optional courses, which can be calculated at one time or cumulatively.

The second-level constructor is an architectural professional qualification and a necessary condition for being a project manager. Those who have passed the qualification examination of the second-level constructor shall be awarded the qualification certificate of the second-level constructor in People's Republic of China (PRC) by the personnel departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. After obtaining the qualification certificate of construction engineer and registration, and obtaining the second-class construction engineer registration certificate, you can hire a registered construction engineer to practice. There are three subjects in the second-level constructor exam. The second-level constructor qualification examination implements a unified national outline, unified proposition and unified examination system.
