Since 2006, 20,000 college graduates have been recruited every year by means of open recruitment, voluntary registration, organizational selection and unified dispatch, and they are mainly arranged to work in posts such as teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting doctors and helping the poor in villages and towns. The service period is generally 2-3 years, and the recruitment plan is mainly in economically underdeveloped areas.

The "three supports and one support" plan mainly includes organizing recruitment and providing management services for college graduates during their work. Interview. The interview adopts a structured interview, focusing on the comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, language expression and adaptability of candidates.

The interview adopts a 100-point scoring method. The examiner comprehensively evaluates the candidates' answers, judges and scores according to the standards determined in the Interview Scoring Table, and comprehensively calculates the average score (accurate to two decimal places) after removing a highest score and a lowest score, and announces the candidates' interview results on the spot. Only 1 people participated in the interview. If the interview score is the lowest interview score in the county, the admission qualification will be cancelled.
