First, print the admission ticket.

Candidates are requested to log in to the registration system from 9:00 to 17:00 every day from February 3 to 8, 2002 and from 7:00 to 20:00 every day from February 9 to 14 (). Second, the epidemic prevention instructions

According to the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in our province, candidates must take the exam according to the following epidemic prevention requirements:

(1) Candidates who take the exam must apply for the "Shandong Electronic Health Access Code" in advance, and candidates from other provinces need to fill in the "Come to Shandong to declare" in the electronic health code interface. Keep the password green. Before the exam, our college will conduct unified online verification, and candidates do not need to show it to the test center when entering. The electronic health pass code of Shandong Province can be applied through channels such as "Healthy Shandong Service Number" WeChat official account, Love Shandong APP and Alipay "Electronic Health Pass Card".

All candidates must have a negative paper report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test (after 8: 00 am on February 8, 65438) before taking the test. Students can conduct nucleic acid testing in the school according to the unified arrangement of the source school.

(2) All candidates must start collecting health management information 14 days before the first exam, and don't leave Shandong without special circumstances. Candidates are required to take their body temperature consciously, record and monitor their health status, truthfully fill in the Health Management Information Collection Form 202 1 for the Winter High School Academic Level Qualification Examination in Shandong Province (see the annex, hereinafter referred to as the Health Management Information Collection Form), and actively reduce going out, unnecessary meetings and personal contacts before the examination to ensure their health during the examination. The health management information collection form must be presented and handed in when entering the test center for the first time.

(3) Candidates who have the following circumstances and really need to take the exam, please take the initiative to contact the municipal admissions examination institutions to explain the situation before the exam, and take the exam in the isolated examination room as required:

1. To cure the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from hospital, they should hold the health examination report within 7 days before the examination, and the physical examination is normal. The lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed, and the nucleic acid test every 24 hours (including 1 time is 48 hours before the examination, and the sputum or nasopharyngeal swab) is negative.

2. Under the following circumstances, negative paper reports of nucleic acid detection should be held twice within 14 days with an interval of more than 24 hours, of which 1 time is negative paper reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the exam: those who have lived in key areas with moderate or high risks and left the above areas for less than 2 1 day; An epidemic occurred within 2 1 day in the residential area; Living abroad and living in China for 14 days but less than 28 days.

3. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms on/0/4 days before the test, a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution and a negative paper report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test shall be provided.

4. Candidates who return to Shandong to take the exam from the province where the epidemic occurred shall provide a negative paper report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure, and provide a negative paper report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before arrival.

(4) All candidates must have their body temperature measured before entering the examination center. Candidates with body temperature ≥37.3℃ need to have their body temperature rechecked. After the second interview, the body temperature is still ≥37.3℃, and candidates should take the exam according to the emergency handling procedures of the test center.

(5) Personal protection should be done during inspection. Candidates should wear masks before entering the examination room. During the exam, candidates can decide whether to wear it or not. Candidates in non-low-risk areas and isolated examination rooms should always wear masks.

(6) Candidates should queue up in order to keep a safe distance from others.

Third, the exam instructions

(a) candidates must take the exam within 48 hours before the exam with the admission ticket, valid ID card and negative paper report of nucleic acid detection. The initial test also needs to provide a health management information collection form. The education examination in our province stipulates that "it is forbidden to bring mobile phones into closed areas", and the identity of candidates cannot be verified by checking the electronic identity in mobile phones. Electronic identity is not a valid proof to take the exam.

(2) Candidates are required to undergo security check, identity verification and temperature detection twice at the entrance of the closed area and the entrance of the examination room. Candidates are advised to be familiar with and master the route and time to the test center before the test, arrive at the test center in advance on the day of the test, and reserve enough admission time to avoid delaying the test. Candidates are forbidden to enter the examination room after the exam begins. Listening listening should be conducted 10 minutes before the foreign language examination, and candidates should be admitted 10 minutes before the examination.

(three) in addition to masks, stationery and related documents, other non-essential items (including mobile phones, watches, schoolbags, etc.). ) are not allowed to be brought into the examination closed area; Candidates should clean up and keep their personal belongings in advance, and try not to bring items unrelated to the exam to the test center.

(four) consciously obey the management of examiners and other examination staff, and maintain the order of examination work. All personnel and vehicles who send or accompany the exam are not allowed to enter the test center. For everyone's own health and life safety, please don't stay or gather in front of the test center.

Fourth, integrity testing.

(a) strictly abide by the examination discipline. According to the Measures for the Administration of Public Credit Information in Shandong Province, the cheating information in the unified examination organized by the state or province has been included in the scope of untrustworthy information; Candidates who do not comply with the rules of the examination room and the management of examination staff and violate the rules will be dealt with severely in accordance with the procedures and regulations determined by the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations, and will be recorded in the integrity files of candidates in national education examinations; Suspected of a crime, in accordance with the "Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)" and "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Cheating in Organizing Examinations", transferred to judicial organs for legal responsibility.

(2) All standardized test sites are used in this exam, and all test sites are monitored online all the time. During the examination, it is forbidden to bring mobile phones, cameras, etc. Enter the test center, take photos of the test questions and answer sheets, and take the test papers, answer sheets and draft paper out of the examination room.

(3) During this examination, relevant departments will jointly enforce the law and severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts involved in the examination according to law.
