Four. Related matters

4. 5. 6. Evaluate the performance of non-teaching staff and non-unified examination subject teaching staff.

Chapter II Employee Representatives

Article 4 The representatives of the teachers' congress shall be elected by the teaching and research group according to the allocated equal number of places, and all the formal teaching and administrative staff in our school may be elected as representatives.

Article 8: Rights of staff representatives:

3. Those who occupy working hours due to participating in the activities of the Teachers' Congress have the right to enjoy due treatment according to their normal attendance. When the representative is elected as the post of the Teachers' Congress, others shall not obstruct it under any excuse.

4. When representatives of teaching staff are retaliated for exercising their legitimate democratic rights, they have the right to appeal and accuse to relevant departments and higher authorities.

Article 9: Obligations of staff representatives:

1. Abide by the Party's principles, policies, national laws, instructions and instructions from superiors, strictly abide by labor discipline, rules and regulations, and conscientiously do a good job.

2. Actively publicize and take the lead in implementing the resolutions of the workers' congress and do all the work assigned by the workers' congress.

Chapter III Organizational System

Article 10 When a workers' congress is held, members democratically elected by the presidium of the congress shall take turns to preside over the meeting. After the meeting, one person is recommended as the executive chairman, and one member of the presidium will take turns to be the executive chairman during the three-year term.

Article 11 The procedure for the formation of the Presidium is as follows: first, the members of the Party branch and the trade union propose candidates, then submit them to each group for full deliberation (each group can also propose new candidates), and then submit them to the Party branch for review, and the Party branch will propose formal candidates (equal amount).

Then submit it to the general assembly for election and adoption. When electing the presidium, two-thirds of the delegates must be present, and candidates must obtain more than half of the votes of the delegates to the meeting before they can be elected.

2. Organize cadre appraisal activities and organize employee representatives to carry out inquiry activities. 3, review the opinions or suggestions submitted by individual working groups, make a resolution and submit it to the teachers' congress for discussion or various functional departments.

Chapter IV Workers' Congresses and Trade Unions

Article 17: Relationship between Teachers' Congress and Trade Union:

(2) Organize employees to elect employee representatives and organize employee representatives to learn the policies, regulations, decrees and management knowledge of the party and the state.

(3), put forward the suggestions and agenda of the congress.

(4) Collect and sort out proposals and submit them to the proposal group of the workers' congress for trial.

⑥ Organize staff representatives to convey the spirit of the meeting, mobilize staff and urge relevant departments to realize the meeting proposal.

⑦ Organize faculty delegations or working committees to check the implementation of resolutions and proposals of the general assembly.

Article 18: Preparation and convening of teachers' meeting:

4. The workers' congress can also be used as a trade union member congress. Members' representatives shall exercise all their rights according to the articles of association of the trade union. The trade union committee reports their work and re-elects the trade union committee. Non-members cannot vote.

5. Representatives invited to attend the staff congress have no right to vote.

6. The documents, files and materials of the teachers' congress shall be filed by the trade union and kept by the trade union.
