Briefly describe the function and orientation of community education.
A: (1) From the perspective of modern education, community education is an education system established to meet the needs of community development and residents' education, which directly reflects the requirements of educational socialization and social education, and should be full-time, all-round, multi-form and multi-level. Therefore, the orientation and value pursuit of community education are mainly embodied in the "three people", namely, public education, people's livelihood education and civil rights education.
