Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
The recruitment work is based on the principle of "voluntary registration, open competition and merit-based admission", and is carried out by combining written examination, interview, assessment and physical examination.
(1) Registration

1. Evaluation rules:

(5) Physical examination and investigation
In proportion to the qualified candidates in the interview, the total score of the candidates is synthesized according to the percentage system.
(1) The qualified interviewers of kindergarten teachers, county special education schools and vocational education group teachers will synthesize the total scores of candidates according to the proportion of 60% written test scores and 40% interview scores.
(2) According to the written test results, interview results and assessment results, 44% and 44% of the qualified candidates interviewed by football teachers are combined into the total scores of candidates.
According to the order of candidates' total scores from high to low and the ratio of job recruiters 1: 1, those who enter the scope of physical examination and investigation (those with the same total scores will be given priority in the interview) will be organized by Xuyi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Xuyi County Education Bureau.
