Weifang Prison and Weibei Prison are both directly affiliated units of the province. But they are not together. Weifang prison is located in Weifang city, where prisoners are held for education, and the relative conditions are better. Weibei Prison, 35km north of Weifang, is the largest farm prison in Shandong Province.
