In principle, urban primary and secondary school teachers should have more than 1 year teaching experience in weak schools or rural schools.

3. A teacher:

Have a doctorate; Or have a master's degree, and have taught in the post of second-level teacher for more than 2 years; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been teaching in the second-level teacher position for more than 4 years; Or have a college degree and have taught in primary and junior high school teachers for more than 4 years; Or graduated from a secondary normal school, and has been teaching as a secondary teacher in a primary school for more than 5 years.

4. Middle school teachers:

Have a master's degree; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, the probation period expires 1 year and passed the examination; Or have a college degree and have taught in primary and junior high schools for more than 2 years; Or have graduated from a secondary normal school and have taught in the post of a third-level primary school teacher for more than 3 years.

5. Three teachers:

Basically master the principles and methods of educating students, be able to correctly educate and guide students, have basic knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and teaching methods, have a college degree, and have been on probation in primary and junior high school education and teaching positions for 1 year; Or have graduated from a secondary normal school and passed the 1 year probation period in the primary education and teaching post.

To apply for the post qualification of senior middle school teachers, the following conditions must be met:

1, with good teaching effect and high education quality, was recognized by peers at or above the county (city) level and won the first prize 1 or the second prize;
