It should be normal that most students are positive and a few students are negative. The idea that all students should be positive, I think it is as ridiculous as the idea that all people should look the same and love labor! Right? Of course, schools make hard-working people gain, and vagrants have goals; Aggressive and productive, passive and brave. How to explain the negative state of some students' learning and how to overcome this negative emotion is one of the inevitable topics that teachers need to study and solve.
In daily work, teachers are used to extracting questions from students who have negative thoughts in their studies, amplifying their research and ignoring the advantages of those active students. I think teachers should study the motivation sources of so-called "good students" and maybe find a good medicine to solve the so-called "poor students" problem.
Where does the enthusiasm of students come from? Einstein said in the article "On Education": "In school and life, the most important motivation of work is the pleasure of work, the pleasure of obtaining the result of work and the understanding of the social value of this result." In this way, "fun" and "knowledge" should be the sources of "good students' enthusiasm for learning". The pleasure experienced in the learning process, the excitement and satisfaction after obtaining the learning results, and the affirmation and appreciation of students' learning results by classes, schools, families and society will all be important factors for students' learning motivation. I think the premise of all this should be the basic qualities of students, such as psychology and intelligence. Without a certain level of intelligence, it is difficult to understand more abstract problems, and it is impossible to experience the working process on the basis of understanding; Without good psychological quality, it is difficult to ensure the normal development of intelligence.
So how can we improve the learning enthusiasm of some students? According to the above analysis, we should probably make efforts in the following aspects, and maybe we can make a breakthrough. First, quote the methods commonly used by teachers summarized by Professor Wen Hanjiang in Introduction to Modern Teaching Theory to promote our in-depth thinking. These methods are as follows: 1. Use visual teaching and visual teaching to give full play to the artistic appeal of visual thinking and stimulate students' curiosity, curiosity to explore things and strong interest in learning. Second, create problem situations to stimulate interest in learning. Third, in the application and practice of knowledge, promote interest in learning. Fourth, stimulate students' curiosity and interest in learning through extracurricular activities and extracurricular reading. Fifth, create a dynamic and positive learning environment and encourage students to pursue new knowledge. These methods have one thing in common. Everyone hopes that students will be interested in learning under the guidance of teachers and actively pursue and explore unknown knowledge fields. These are all good methods, and they are summarized comprehensively. However, in actual teaching, these methods only play a role in improving the learning efficiency and quality of "good students", while those "poor students" and even "good students" have a general thinking mode of "testing what they learn" and never bother! Right? Some of our teachers don't have a baton for exams, and they can't think of specific methods for quality education. So I want to say that students' interest in learning can really generate good motivation for learning, but most students do not study because of their poor interest, otherwise students should say that studying before the college entrance examination is a beautiful job, not a cold window. In fact, they are working hard with their understanding of the significance of further studies, and they are striving selflessly! Their awareness of the importance of exams often determines their motivation intensity. In order to improve students' learning enthusiasm, we must first make clear the purpose and significance of learning. On the basis of full understanding, we can have conscious learning motivation and abundant motivation to stop until we reach our goal. Every "good student" can tell a whole set of theories about the meaning of learning, which is proof.
Many measures to improve students' interest in learning are one of the means to help teachers alleviate the "pain" in students' learning, which has clear learning purpose and significance. It is human nature that painful study is not as good as pleasant study. Spiritual pleasure helps students to stimulate their potential, expand their thinking, actively explore and succeed in learning. As Professor Wen said, "Clear learning purpose, high learning mood, strong learning interest and strong learning desire are the most important internal motivation."
Students should understand the meaning of learning itself, which is the most lasting source of learning motivation. Of course, it is difficult for young students to reach a certain level of understanding, but all the measures to make them yield are the means to help them generate the internal motivation of learning-the understanding of the meaning of learning. It may be induced at first, telling them that it can bring happiness; Then there is teaching, telling them that it can help them become talents; Finally, they will study consciously under their own motivation. Generate interest on the basis of knowledge, work hard and actively explore under the drive of interest.
The teacher's work is great and hard. It takes a lot of energy and time to improve students' enthusiasm for work in order to truly teach and educate people. If students can't see the social value of learning results, I think all the work of teachers is in vain; Teachers will also lose the motivation to work actively. Right? Teachers and students are two basic elements in the whole education system. Together with teaching materials, they form a system and are subject to this system. Therefore, I think it is possible for teachers to fully mobilize students' enthusiasm in small systems whether the education system can be well integrated into the big system of society at a higher level.
The above is my immature thinking on mobilizing students' learning enthusiasm. If there is anything wrong, please advise.
