Teaching evaluation is an important part of education and teaching, and it is also an effective means to improve the quality of education and teaching. This paper will introduce two kinds of teaching evaluation: teacher teaching evaluation in compulsory education stage and school teaching management evaluation to help readers better understand the standards and methods of teaching evaluation.

Teacher's teaching evaluation

Teachers' teaching evaluation includes four aspects: professional ethics, professional level, professional development and classroom teaching. Every aspect has three grades: A, B and C, which makes teachers better challenge themselves.

School teaching evaluation

School teaching evaluation includes five aspects: teaching management, curriculum management, teaching conditions, school-based research and evaluation research. There are two grades, A and B, in every aspect, so that schools and teachers can make progress together.
