Objective To make the community people form good living habits through lectures on hypertension health knowledge, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing diseases and strengthening the body, and at the same time improve the social participation ability of nurses. Methods Combining courseware with practical demonstration, targeted health education was given to all kinds of people. Results Community residents have a certain understanding of hypertension and have developed good living habits. Conclusion Hypertension health education for community residents needs nurses to be fully prepared, and the education content is reasonable and scientific, which can play a good role in the rehabilitation of community hypertension patients.
