Teachers can be transferred from different places. The transfer of teachers from different places should follow the principle of "the receiving place agrees to receive and the local place agrees to release".

1, fill in the transfer registration form, and the registration form shall contain the transfer consent, the transfer education department consent, the transfer education department consent, and the transfer personnel department consent. According to the opinions, the transferred personnel department will send a consultation letter to the education department where the teacher is located.

2. The local education department will send the teachers' personnel files to the personnel department of the transferred place for qualification examination.

3. After the file is approved, the personnel department of the transferred place will officially transfer the order to the education department where the teacher is located, and the teacher will report to the personnel department, education department and unit of the transferred place with a letter of introduction from the education department.

The specific application procedures for teachers' transfer in different places are as follows:

1. Apply to the receiving unit (school or education bureau) and wait for the receiving unit to agree with the signature and seal of the personnel bureau and government leaders.

2. To receive a business transfer letter (for obtaining personal files), and apply to the original unit to fill out the Appraisal Form for Personnel Transfer in Institutions (sealed by the original unit first). The superior department (Education Bureau) of the original unit is sealed, and the personnel bureau where the original unit is located is sealed, which can be transferred to the receiving place (Personnel Bureau) to review the files. If there is no problem, it will be passed (if there is no material, it needs to be supplemented).

3. After receiving the official transfer order (from the personnel bureau of the receiving place), send a transfer order letter to the superior department (Education Bureau) of the original unit, and affix 1 receipt.

4. The Personnel Bureau of the original unit sends a transfer letter to the Personnel Bureau of the receiving place. The personnel bureau of the receiving place sends a transfer letter to the receiving unit (Education Bureau) and informs me to report to the specific unit with the registration card and the letter of introduction on salary relations.
