In order to ensure the normal teaching order of primary and secondary schools in our city and ensure that primary and secondary school students spend healthy, safe, civilized and meaningful holidays, according to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Partial Holiday Arrangements in 20 16 (Guo Ban Power Generation [20 15] 18) and the Notice of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education on Standardizing the Winter and Summer Holidays of Primary and Secondary Schools in the Province,

First, strictly implement the holiday arrangements for primary and secondary schools.

Schools in compulsory education stage: the winter vacation lasts for 4 weeks, and the specific starting and ending dates are from 20 1 6 65438+/kloc-0 to 22 February (20 151February 17 to 201lunar calendar). The summer vacation lasts for 8 weeks, and the specific starting and ending dates are July 7 to August 3 1 day on the Gregorian calendar 20 16, and the school officially starts on September 1 day.

Ordinary senior high school: the winter vacation lasts for 3 weeks, and the specific starting and ending dates are from February 2 to February 22 of Gregorian calendar 20 16 (from the 24th to the 25th of the twelfth lunar month of lunar calendar 20 15/January 15 of kloc-0/6), and the school starts on February 23 (the 16th of the first month). The summer vacation lasts for 7 weeks, and the specific starting and ending dates are 20 1 June/July1August 3 1 September1school.

Other public holidays shall be arranged in principle in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. Holidays shall not be adjusted without special circumstances, and it is strictly forbidden to increase or decrease the holiday time limit at will. Due to academic level examination, senior high school entrance examination, college entrance examination and other reasons that affect students' normal class hours, boarding schools are closed, and adjustments are really necessary due to other special circumstances, which shall be reported in writing to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval in advance and publicized to the public.

Second, do a good job in the safety and stability of primary and secondary schools.

The education administrative departments of counties (districts) and primary and secondary schools should conscientiously implement the Interim Measures for the Safety Management of Kindergartens in Shandong Province (Lu [2010] No.87), firmly establish the idea of "people-oriented, safety first", attach great importance to students' safety education and school safety work, strengthen safety awareness, formulate work implementation plans, formulate safety measures, and implement safety responsibilities. All activities organized by primary and secondary schools and all kinds of off-campus activity places should be carefully designed, and safety plans and inspections should be made to prevent all kinds of safety accidents. All primary and secondary schools should adhere to the campus duty system and information reporting system, maintain the holiday campus order, and do a good job in the inspection, maintenance, renovation and repair of school buildings and facilities in a timely manner. It is necessary to focus on the investigation of boarding schools, school buildings, school buses, toilets, fences and buildings around the campus in rural schools, and do a good job in rectifying potential safety hazards. During the holiday, the personnel on duty of the education administrative departments of counties (districts) and the schools directly under them should be submitted to the Basic Education Department of our bureau two days before the holiday.

Third, scientifically guide students' holiday life.

The education administrative departments of counties (districts) and primary and secondary schools should base themselves on enriching holiday life, enhancing practical ability, cultivating innovative spirit, promoting healthy growth, and providing systematic and scientific holiday life guidance for students. We should strengthen the education of China traditional culture for students and guide them to cultivate and practice socialist core values. We should adhere to the unity of knowledge and practice, encourage students to actively participate in various forms of social practice activities and public welfare activities such as voluntary service, strengthen their physique, broaden their horizons, cultivate their sentiments, enhance their connotation and enrich their holiday life. It is necessary to support student association activities, open school libraries, art classrooms, stadiums and laboratories to primary and secondary school students in service areas, and provide help for students' independent inquiry and practical activities. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of public resources such as off-campus activity venues, libraries, museums, exhibition halls and gymnasiums, and provide students with rich content, diverse forms and various optional activities to attract more students to participate. It is necessary to strengthen cooperation with communities and parents, establish a "trinity" holiday work system for schools, communities and families, maintain the normal education and teaching order in primary and secondary schools, and provide guarantee for teachers and students to spend a healthy, civilized, safe and meaningful holiday.

Fourth, effectively regulate the behavior of running schools during holidays.

All primary and secondary schools should make full use of holiday time, actively carry out training for principals and teachers, and further improve the level and ability of school administrators and teachers to implement quality education. It is strictly forbidden for schools to occupy winter and summer vacation time and organize students' military training collectively. Any county (district) and school shall not organize students to take classes collectively, make up lessons or organize self-study in a unified way during holidays under any pretext, and shall not participate in, mobilize or organize students to participate in various paid remedial training classes in any form. It is forbidden for schools to unite or lease school buildings to social forces to run remedial classes and training classes during holidays, and it is forbidden to severely investigate and punish teachers' paid tutoring, and resolutely put an end to illegal school-running behavior.
