Brilliant Youth is a large-scale aesthetic education activity jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Education, the General Administration of Sports, the Ministry of Culture and the China Youth Development Foundation.

It aims to promote the development of aesthetic education in colleges and universities across the country, stimulate students' enthusiasm for aesthetic education, cultivate students' aesthetic education ability, improve students' aesthetic education quality and promote the in-depth popularization of aesthetic education.
