Personally, modern vocational education should have four requirements for teachers:

First, we must have noble ideological and moral qualities;

Second, we should have profound scientific and cultural knowledge? ;

Third, we must have the ability to integrate theory with practice;

Fourth, we must have a sense of pioneering and innovation.
