In order to further deepen the teaching reform, make full use of network technology and modern education technology, effectively solve the contradiction between work and study of adult students, improve the teaching quality and talent training quality of adult higher education, and promote the construction of lifelong education system and learning society, according to the teaching status of adult higher education in our school, it is decided to carry out the second batch of online courses construction of adult higher education through research. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the principle of declaration

Adhere to the principle of "project support, independent construction, strict acceptance and focus on use", strengthen the reform of adult education teaching, build a mixed teaching model of adult education, and improve the quality of adult education personnel training.

Second, the reporting conditions

(1) The second batch plans to select the following 20 courses to build online courses for adult education:

(two) the person in charge of the construction of online courses must be a lecturer who has applied for the course and has a senior title, and has taught this course at least twice in the past three years.

(three) the application course should be opened for more than 3 years, with a good foundation for preliminary work, mature multimedia teaching courseware and good use effect; The online course construction team can skillfully use the school blackboard teaching platform; According to the characteristics of adult education, the syllabus conforms to the training objectives and specifications of the specific form of running a school in this major, and has obvious characteristics.

Third, the declaration procedure.

(1) The application team shall fill in the Application Form for Online Course of Adult Higher Education of Xinxiang Medical College as required (please download it from the website of Adult Education College in duplicate). After being stamped with the official seals of the teaching and research section and departments, it will be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office of Adult Education College before June 15, 2065, and the electronic draft will be sent to jwk@xxmu.edu.cn. (2) The Institute of Adult Education conducts an audit according to the declaration form to determine the project curriculum.

(3) The approved online courses are constructed in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Construction of Online Courses for Adult Higher Education in Xinxiang Medical College and the Standards for the Construction of Online Courses for Adult Higher Education in Xinxiang Medical College (please download and view them on the website of Adult Education College). The project cost is 2,000 yuan/course, and the teaching video recording class fee is 40 yuan/class hour, and each class hour is 40 minutes.

(4) Construction period of online courses 1 year. After the construction is completed, the school will organize relevant experts for acceptance. Those who are qualified are listed as "Xinxiang Medical College Adult Higher Education Network Course (school-level)", and depending on their use and update, they are given a certain use and update fee every year.

(five) after the completion of the network course construction, its operation management and intellectual property management shall be implemented with reference to the "Implementation Measures for the Construction of Excellent Courses in Xinxiang Hospital".
