What will the Education Bureau do after reporting the teacher?
The general treatment of the Education Bureau for reporting teachers is that if the report is true and there is a legal fault, schools, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments will give them administrative sanctions or dismissal. Punishment includes warning; Remember; Reduce the post level or remove from office; Expelled, etc. After finding out the truth, the Education Bureau will give the reported teachers corresponding punishment according to law. Explain in detail the specific reasons, whether it is corporal punishment or other personal attacks. If it is mild, you can respond to your parents, or complain to school leaders or education authorities; If it is personal injury, please call the police immediately.

The specific types of punishment are: warning; Remember; Reduce the post level or remove from office; Expelled.

According to Article 37 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if a teacher is under any of the following circumstances, the school, other educational institutions or the administrative department of education shall give him administrative sanctions or dismiss him.

(a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching;

(two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid;

(three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence. If a teacher falls under any of the circumstances listed in Items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph and the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

You can complain to the education authorities. After the complaint, if the Education Bureau ignores it and its behavior is suspected of administrative inaction, the insider can complain to the discipline inspection department again. After verification, the discipline inspection department may deal with the responsible person of the education department and order the education department to deal with the problems of private schools.
