The center was established in 2003, and its original address was the 9th floor of Xiamen Workers' Cultural Palace Building. In September 2007, I moved to the 7th floor of the newly-built Hualong Building at No.6 Hubin East Road, Xiamen. Convenient transportation, comfortable environment, spacious classrooms and advanced teaching facilities. Since its establishment, it has been running a joint school with Jimei University Adult Education College to recruit students together. The major covers management, economics and other disciplines. In recent years, in addition to holding self-taught classes and adult college entrance examination classes, it has also held qualification certification classes and accounting qualification training classes such as China Logistics Professional Manager Qualification Certificate, China Purchasing and Supply Management Qualification Certificate, and Survey Analyst Certificate.

The center employs professors, associate professors, lecturers and experienced teachers from Xiamen University, Jimei University, Xiamen Institute of Technology and other institutions to teach, with a strong faculty. There are more than 50 part-time teachers, more than 800 students in various majors and more than 400 graduates, and many students have been rated as "provincial excellent candidates" by the provincial examination office.
